New Book Out Now - "Pushing the Limits"

I have written a book titled “Pushing the Limits” published by psychology news press and it has just been released.

In it I talk honestly about my life before and after my accident. I describe in detail what it was like to be told I was never going to walk again and how I dealt with my new life in a wheelchair. I also reflect on my life as an International wheelchair athlete and share some of the many ups and downs I have encountered along the way.
